Simply send an e-mail to Orders@artemisblacks.com  and include your order, name, address and how you plan to pay. 

We will try our best to get back to you with a confirmation and payment details e-mail within 24 hours. If for any reason this is likely to be difficult we will post a warning on the Home page. (Please note this is just a coverall and we are likely to get back to you well within that time)

It's very important that you let us know how you are planning on paying so we can send the right kind of invoice/quote back to you.
 

UK - We accept Cheques, Postal Orders, well concealed Cash (at your own risk so we recommend some kind of recorded / registered delivery), Bank Transfers and Paypal 

Please Note! - We currently only accept Credit Card payments through Paypal - If anyone has any questions about this simply use the above e-mail address and we will instruct you how to open an account. Artemis Black's have been using Paypal for a long time now and haven't encountered a single problem. You can also check for yourself at www.paypal.com.

International - We accept Paypal, International Money Orders (Drawn on a UK bank in pounds sterling ONLY) and Pounds Sterling Cash (at own risk). We can also accept Cash in other currencies but there will be a small charge to cover the conversion at our end (again at your own risk so some kind of recorded / registered delivery is recommended).
 

Postage Charges

Rest of the World - Cost. When you e-mail us we will furnish you with a quote including postage.
(All internationalpostage quotes are for airmail postage if you would like to order via overland/sea methods ofpostage and don't mind waiting the weeks this can take then please just let us know in the order e-mail)

Insurance/Signature - Should you require some extra insurances for your order then please include the request in your order e-mail. Typical charges for this are £1 for Recorded delivery in the UK and £4 for International Recorded Delivery.
 

1. You send an e-mail with your name, address, order and how you plan to pay.
2. We send an e-mail back telling you that we have everything you ordered in stock and that it's been put aside in our store to avoid mistakes. We will also confirm the Total for your order.
This e-mail will also give you the correct details for whatever method of payment you requested.
3. You pay Paypal invoice/post cheque/post postal order/send cash etc.
4. Once payment has been confirmed your order will be sent out immediately.

Pre-orders work exactly the same way except the orders will be sent on the Release date given. Unless specifically mentioned we normally hold an order until the whole order is ready for delivery.
